Since its inception in 2011, Snapchat has taken the messaging world by storm. Everyone wants a piece of the empire that 24-year-old CEO and Co-founder Evan Spiegel built, but marketers still have not figured out how to reach Snapchat’s elusive millennial audience. One year ago almost to the day, Snapchat launched ‘Discover’ as a way for brands to interact with consumers through curated content — but do users actually use Snapchat to discover (no pun intended) branded content?

We surveyed 100 Snapchat users to find out exactly how they use the platform and developed this infographic with the help of our friends at Column Five.
