Everyone wants a piece of the empire that 24-year-old CEO and Co-founder Evan Spiegel built, but marketers still have not figured out how to reach Snapchat’s elusive millennial audience. One year ago almost to the day, Snapchat launched ‘Discover’ as a way for brands to interact with consumers through curated content — but do users actually use Snapchat to discover (no pun intended) branded content?
