Zac Efron’s DJ Movie Busts

If you haven’t heard of Zac Efron’s new movie, “We Are Your Friends” don’t worry, no one else has either. What was marketed as a “passion project” for Efron has resulted in a measly opening weekend performance. The movie only had a $6 million budget, but in it’s first weekend at the box office returned a dismal $1.8 million across 2,333 theaters. That actual equates to less than 8 tickets sold per showing. So all that to say, if you want to watch a movie in a theatre with 7 of your friends, and no one else, buy a ticket for “We Are Your Friends.”
