These days, infographics are nothing new. But what you do with them can be. We really enjoyed getting to tackle some diverse topics and design styles in the following static infographics with our partners at Microsoft, Zendesk, and Merchant Warehouse; we think they made for some interesting storytelling. Check out all three graphics in our Work of the Week. Hope you like them!
MICROSOFT – THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN
From segregation and women’s liberation to rocking the vote and immigration reform, activism continues to play an integral role in civil rights. It’s taken a new form in the Internet generation, with online activism on the megaphone reminding us of all the causes seeking support. Interested to evaluate the crowd of naysayers quick to lament the apathetic laziness of today’s social media activism, Microsoft applied their Social Listening tool to examine some of recent history’s most engaging online movements in the LGBTQ community. The resultant longform, static infographic we produced for them tackles the question of whether social opinion impacts public opinion.
